How do I contact support?

A quick guide to contacting Deposely support when you have questions or issues.

If you have questions or are running into an issue, Deposely is here to help! You can get in contact with us via in-app chat, email, or phone.

Chat With Us

The easiest way to reach us is through our in-app chat widget and start chatting with our AI Support Agent.

You must be logged into Deposely to access chat support

  1. Log into Deposely.

  2. On the dashboard page, you will see a banner along the top with an "Open Chat" button on the right.

  3. A chat box will open up on the bottom right where you can chat with someone from our team.

  4. Type your question or message to get the help you require.

  5. You can also access the chat from any other page by clicking the "Get Help" button on the bottom of the left navigation bar.
    ​

  6. Send us a message and a technical support specialist will respond to your question.

If you prefer email, or you're unable to login to the interface, you can reach us at [email protected]

When you do, a ticket will be created for our live support specialists.

Call Us

We can also be reached by phone! Call us at the number below and one of our live technical support agents will assist.

If we are unable to answer your call, don't worry! A ticket will automatically be created and a technical support specialist will follow up with you.
